The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton is quite delighted with her first official portrait that was unveiled at the National Art Gallery, London.
Kate, who announced her pregnancy last month, was looking elegant in a simple belted maroon dress at the event.
Prince William, who also said he loved Kate Middleton's portrait, is seen shaking hands with the artist Paul Emsley.
It is also believed by many that the Duchess looks 10 years older in this portrait. This has been painted by award-winning artist Paul Emsley who said he wanted to capture Kate's natural beauty.
While she believes "it's amazing" and also said in another statement that it's "brilliant", art critics have slammed it, commenting on the "lines and bags" under her eyes.
